    keeping our software updated is the one of the best way as the updated software will remove any un noticed bugs and enhance our security.
3.personal information
   do-not provide any personal information to other online less secure pages or sites
4.children
   give your children some information about cybercrimes so that they wont commit any mistake which will help to hackers
5.police
  if any thing happens inform to the cyber police immediately.

Measures government should take
1.increase awareness in people about cyber crimes
2.bring new and strict laws to ensure security
3.improve the cybercrime department
